Clinical Psychologist | Founder

Phillip is a compassionate and empathetic clinical psychologist, working with clients ages 16 and above. At the heart of Phillip's therapeutic approach is client-centred therapy, which places the individual's needs and goals at the forefront of the treatment process. Whether it's managing symptoms of anxiety, mood disorders, sleep problems, behavioural challenges, stress, or interpersonal difficulties, he is committed to helping his clients overcome these challenges and live their most fulfilling lives.

Phillip's dedication to evidence-based practices ensures that his clients receive the most effective and tailored interventions. He utilises Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Repossessing (EMDR) to foster personal growth and lasting positive change. He also works within an attachment informed lens and focuses on supporting parents and children to improve family relationships.

Further, Phillip’s experience spans diverse settings including schools, public youth health services, NDIS providers, and private practice. He has collaborated with renowned researchers and practitioners in the field of gender and sexuality diversity and has experience supporting gender diverse individuals understand their identity and navigate their transitions.

Phillip primarily practices in the Sydney’s Inner West suburbs of Newtown and Leichardt.

Phillip sees clients at Newtown on Thursdays and at Leichardt on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. He also offers telehealth services.
